A Living Legacy

A leading property developer, London Square reached new heights with the acquisition of Surrey County Hall — a Grade II* listed building located in one of London’s four royal boroughs.

Renamed County Hall Kingston, this luxury residence demanded a launch campaign that captured its splendour and celebrated its heritage. Working alongside a team of designers, I played a central role in shaping the creative response.

We crafted a series of materials — including a film, brochure, website and marketing emails — to capture the minds of prospective investors and property buyers.

Crafting the Film

The hero film is the campaign’s centrepiece. Together with my creative director, I developed a storyboard that captured the property’s heritage, members’ club atmosphere, and distinctive riverside setting.

I collaborated closely with our production partner, MAV, to bring the film to life, providing direction on everything from the set design, soundtrack composition, casting and styling.

Brochure & Website

We crafted a highly detailed, editorial-style brochure for County Hall Kingston’s launch that provided information about the area and the property’s Grade II* heritage. I put together a shot list for our photographer, ensuring the visuals complemented my copy. Explore the full brochure here.

The key messages were then expressed across a bespoke website for County Hall Kingston.
